What makes Merino wool shoes different from traditional sneakers?
Our shoes are crafted from ultra-fine Merino wool, which is naturally moisture-wicking, odor-resistant, and temperature-regulating. Unlike synthetic materials, they keep your feet cool in the summer and warm in the winter while providing a soft, sock-like fit.
Can I wash my Merino Shoes in a washing machine?
Yes! Our shoes are machine washable. Simply remove the insoles and laces, place the shoes in a mesh laundry bag, and use a delicate or wool cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Always air dry; never use a tumble dryer.
Do I need to wear socks with my Merino shoes?
That is entirely up to you. Because Merino wool is incredibly soft and naturally antimicrobial, many of our customers prefer wearing them barefoot for maximum comfort and breathability without worrying about odors.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your walk. We offer a 30-day 'no questions asked' return policy. You can wear the shoes outside and, if you aren't satisfied, return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Are Merino Shoes sustainably made?
Sustainability is at our core. Our wool is ethically sourced from non-mulesed sheep, our laces are made from recycled plastic bottles, and our packaging is 100% recyclable and FSC-certified.
