Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Merino wool footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide free returns and exchanges for all unworn or gently tested items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or choose a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place your Merino shoes back in their original eco-friendly box and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
